3. To secure your spot, pay 30% of the total amount. The full 100% must be paid eight days before the activity date.

5. Note that only 90% is refunded if canceled up to 5 days before the activity date, deducting 10% for administrative expenses. After this date, no refunds will be made. A 100% refund is made if canceled by us as the agency.
