• To secure your spot, pay 50% of the total amount. The full payment must be completed before the activity date.

Cancellation Policy:

• A 100% refund is available for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the activity or if a medical certificate or proof of calamity is presented.
• A 100% refund for cancellations made by Jacamará.
• A 50% refund is offered for cancellations up to the day before the activity, provided 24 hours’ notice is given.
• No refund is provided for same-day cancellations, and the activity will not be rescheduled.
